Customer Service Advisor - Financial Services - Calls involved

Salisbury - Full-Time

12-month FTC

Meraki Talent are partnered with a large-scale, reputable financial services firm to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to their team in Salisbury. This is a 12-month contract and offers full-time hours and a collaborative working environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering work of the highest standard. Recent graduates looking for their first role within the financial services industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company with professionalism in all internal and external communications
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and email
  • Accurately process pension transfers in line with regulatory and internal standards
  • Collaborate with various departments and external organisations to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Manage and administer investor, adviser, and internal instructions relating to core processes within agreed service levels

Candidate Profile:

  • Pensions and/or Transfers experience gained in a Financial Services environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Back-office and/or financial services admin experience
  • Strong organisational skills and a commitment to quality
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with third parties
