We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's vibrant team. Discover the latest in luxurious shoes and handbags while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Location: Conveniently located just 5 minutes' walk from Oxford Circus train station. ??

Contract Type:

30 hours per week (4-day workweek)

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Working Model: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 2 days working from home) - During training, you may spend more time in the office to benefit from personalised training sessions.

Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases during the exciting summer sale. ??
• Provide detailed product information and support.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process. ??

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills that shine through in every interaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges head-on.
• A knack for working independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficiency in using customer service software to enhance customer interactions.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.

Bonus: You must be good with an office dog! ??
