What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice of our company. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients over the phone and via email to provide top-notch service
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a positive and cheerful demeanour at all times
• Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience
• Documenting interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• A bright, positive personality that shines through every interaction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• The ability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
