Location: Berkshire - Local Authority 

Hourly Rate: £14.13

Contract Length: 3 to 6 months

Working Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 and 09:00 to 17:00

About the Role: We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Work Planner to join our Maintenance Team. As part of an operational team, you will ensure efficient and effective service delivery, providing excellent customer care and front-line service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and customer service support in a busy Maintenance Office
  • Handle repair enquiries and process work requests from Council tenants and internal customers
  • Update and maintain database records
  • Produce documents and standard letters
  • Process work tickets for the in-house Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service
  • Provide technical administration support for all areas of the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
