About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support. This is a temporary, full-time position with a proposed start date of ASAP. You will work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 18:00 pm, with allocated shift times within these hours. Enjoy the flexibility of homeworking, with all equipment provided!

What You'll Do:

• Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via inbound calls, ensuring each interaction is smooth and positive.
• Resolve queries "Right First Time" in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain high-quality customer data while assessing claims and handling electronic communications.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team targets while embracing a collaborative spirit.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and adhere to processes.
• Resilience and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proof of DBS application number and a cleared DBS certificate.
• Verified Right to Work documentation.
