Your Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly voice of our manufacturing and production team. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handling order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Contributing to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and feedback.

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory-if you have the right attitude, we want to hear from you!
