Customer Service Agent - Office-Based (Caerphilly)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12-month temporary contract (potential to extend or go permanent)
Location: Caerphilly (office-based for the first 6 months, with a slight possibility of hybrid working thereafter)
Pay Rate: £12.20 - £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts starting between 8:00-10:00 AM
Interview Format: Face-to-face interview onsite

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

• Providing accurate information on products, services, and procedures.

• Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

• Logging all interactions in the CRM system.

Minimum Requirements:

• GCSE or equivalent level education

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience using customer service software

Preferred Experience:

• Previous contact centre or customer-facing experience

• Able to type at least 25 WPM

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

Please Note:

• Candidates must be available to work shift patterns (starting between 8:00-10:00 AM).

• This is a full-time, office-based position for the first 6 months.
