• Claims Management: Update and maintain DPR files, ensuring accurate and timely settlements.
• Customer Interaction: Resolve claims via phone and email while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange and follow up on the collection and delivery of damaged items.
• Assessment: Determine whether to repair or replace collected luggage.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection legislation.
• Support: Assist various teams with operational and administrative tasks.

Working Details:

• Contract Type: Temp to Perm
• Hourly Rate: £12.25
• Working Pattern: Full Time
• Location: Maidenhead (with nearby parking options available, just a 16 minutes from Maidenhead train station)

Key Skills and Experience:

• Essential:- Fluent in English

- Basic MS Office skills

- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English

• Desirable:- Experience in airport/airline operations or call centres

- Experience in high-pressure environments
