Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in fast-paced, busy environments? We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Southend on a temporary basis.

?? Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone with call centre experience or a background in high-volume customer service.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries via phone and email
• Updating internal systems with accurate information
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues
• Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment

?? Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call centre or busy customer service role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Must be willing to undergo a DBS check and Credit Check
