Urgent Temporary Customer Service and Administration Role

Urgent Temporary Customer Service and Administration Role

We are urgently looking for Customer Service administrators to join the team on a temp to perm basis, with an immediate start.

The Role:

Process and document claims for our clients.
Manage payments, invoices, and financial records.
Maintain and update data in the in-house system, ensuring accuracy.
Generate weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends and key insights.
Draft and send appeal letters, conduct review meetings, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Support colleagues with general admin tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Admin experience (or similar) with strong attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems or data entry.
Fast learner with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with handling data.

Salary & Hours:
Salary £12.70per hr
Hours Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Based in Tunbridge Wells office
