Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) or Full-time in the office
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.60ph
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients team initially on a short term contract to start Monday 12th May until initially the end of June 2025, at that point there will be a review with a possible extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers to confirm their order and make the necessary checks around potential delivery issues, acting as the liaison between the customer and the courier company.
