Talent Guardian are excited to announced that we are currently recruiting for a professional Customer Service Executive for our valued client based in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Provide comprehensive and high-quality solutions to ensure swift resolution of queries
Adhere strictly to company protocols for seamless handling of returns, exchanges, and other customer interactions
Flexibly work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
Quickly adapt to evolving processes and procedural changes

Skills Required:

A strong background in Customer Service or working in a call-handling environment
Strong attention to detail
thrive on helping customers get the answers they need, following
processes, and ensuring efficiency
Positivity and creative thinking are a must
