Customer Service Executive

Your new company
You will be joining a people-orientated and dynamic manufacturing business in Wednesbury to support their customer service function, for a 6-month contract.
Your new role
A key part of the business, responsible for customer satisfaction and delivery of company values and policies, key duties are:

• Handling inbound calls from customers, offering excellent customer service
• Informing and updating customers via phone and email
• Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Complaint handling and escalating complaints where necessary
• Processing customer orders
• Inputting customer account details into the CRM, updating where required
• Administrative support

This role is working full-time in the office, with a friendly and supportive team, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in customer service
• Ideally, manufacturing industry experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good attention to detail
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
