Job Description - Customer Service Executive

Temporary Customer Service Executive

Based Lasswade, Edinburgh, EH18- fully office based
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6-8 weeks
£12.21 per hour
36.25 hours per week | Includes every 2nd Saturday with a day off during the week

We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected third-party client for a Temporary Customer Service Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team where your initiative, enthusiasm, and communication skills will be highly valued.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Delivering best-in-class service through warm, effective, and efficient interactions
Thinking on your feet to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery
Meeting and exceeding internal service level KPIs
Collaborating with team members and supporting store teams as needed

?? Systems & Skills:

Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems
Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and maintaining accurate customer records

?? About You:

A true team player who works well with others
Customer-obsessed with a calm, solution-focused attitude
Able to stay focused under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about creating positive customer journeys
