Customer Service Officer - Hybrid Role | Bournemouth

Must live within 15 miles of Bournemouth

12-15 week placement, leading to an 18-20 month fixed-term role

We are looking for friendly and experienced customer service professionals to support local residents across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

?? What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls from the public
• Help with enquiries about:
• Council Tax
• Parking
• Blue Badge applications
• Bus Passes
• Work part of the week in the office and part from home
• Follow rules and processes carefully

?? What You'll Need:

• Experience in a contact centre or customer service role
• Good computer skills
• A helpful and patient attitude
• Ability to understand and follow important guidelines
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
