Description

Specific accountabilities for the role /main duties reception

Ensure the best possible visitor experience by welcoming everyone who enters Hounslow House acting as a first point of contact for resident enquiries.

Assist in the provision of information and assistance to all visitors to Hounslow House

Support residents with queries /signposting

Use of the reception qmatic system to log all visitors *will be trained on this

Work in collaboration with all Council services and organisations

You will demonstrate the ability to work flexibly to provide support across the team as required, e.g. responding to the needs of the business in order to meet peaks and troughs in workloads. You will have excellent communication skills and be used to dealing with enquires from both internal and external residents across multiple channels. Resolving enquiries in a way that positively promotes the council and its services.
