Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Office-Based)
Location: Dearne Valley, Rotherham
Pay: £12.33 per hour
Start Date: Friday, 9th May
Contract: Temporary - 4 Weeks
Working Pattern: 5 Days Out of 7 (Including Friday, Saturday & Sunday of First Week)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our office-based Customer Service team in Dearne Valley, Rotherham. This is a temporary role for a 4-week period, with an immediate start on Friday, 9th May. You must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the first week and be flexible to work 5 days out of 7 going forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone

• Assist with password resets and basic account support

• Provide a professional and friendly service at all times

• Log and update customer interactions accurately

Requirements:

• Basic IT skills and confidence using computers

• Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
