Customer Service Support Officer

• Hourly Rate: £15.45 - £17.08

• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (12 weeks)

We are seeking a Support Officer for a temporary 12-week assignment to provide essential cover. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and debt collection experience, who can handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and ensure compliance with data protection laws.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Interact with the public, providing high-quality customer service.
• Manage debt collection processes efficiently.
• Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet strict deadlines.
• Handle personal and sensitive information, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience with debt collection processes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
