Main Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: You will be responsible for answering phone calls from our client's customers while adhering to our Service Level Agreements, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with their customers through clear and effective communication, making each interaction with the team an enjoyable experience.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an excellent level of service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Finance Support: Make necessary changes to customers' finance agreements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
• Payment Allocation: Accurately allocate manual payments to customers' agreements, ensuring financial transactions are handled with precision.
• Documentation: Efficiently review and verify finance documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Correspondence Handling: Respond to correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.

About You:

Required:

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential, demonstrating your ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Effective Communication: You're a great communicator, adept at building relationships with both customers and colleagues. You possess compassion, empathy, and considerate communication skills.

Note: This role requires adherence to a shift pattern of 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, and 10:00-18:00, with the expectation of working one in 3-4 Saturdays, with a day taken off in lieu during the week.
