• Check customer documentation and input details into Council systems.
• Adapt quickly to changes in legislation affecting service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions (when available).

• Full training provided experience in a contact centre would be beneficial
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
