What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing unparalleled service and support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• ? Providing exceptional service by addressing customer needs with attention to detail and timely follow-up.
• ?? maximising sales opportunities with every customer interaction.
• ?? Liaising with customers daily via telephone, email, or Freshdesk.
• ?? Processing payments and entering orders efficiently into our system.
• ?? Providing pricing and availability information as requested.
• ?? Handling inquiries about order statuses and ensuring commitments are met.
• ?? Resolving issues related to returns, shipping discrepancies, and order errors.
• ?? Coordinating stock returns and liaising with the warehouse team.
• ?? Managing calls regarding faulty products and arranging collections.
• ?? Monitoring stock levels and ordering spare parts as needed.
• ?? Assisting with additional tasks to enhance the efficiency of the Customer Services function.

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who possesses:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and professionalism. ??
• Proficiency in data entry and a good understanding of Excel.
• A solid working knowledge of SAP.
• A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• The ability to build effective relationships with customers and our sales team.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with an early finish on Friday! ?)
• Driving Required: Yes
