Location: Leatherhead
Position: Long-Term Temporary Customer Support
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with product information, order status, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Performing day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing customer databases.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

• Some experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Immediate availability to start.
