Customer Support Officer

We are working with a client in Maidstone who are looking to fill a role within their Customer Support team on a temporary basis for 6 months. The role is a customer service role with call handling. There is also an element of administration within the role as well. We are looking for friendly individuals with excellent customer service skills.

You will be:

• Answering calls through the main switchboard and internal line, addressing and resolving queries as the first point of contact.
• Directing customers to the appropriate department as required.
• Reception duties such as meeting and greeting visitors, checking parking permits, booking meeting rooms, replenishing stock and refreshments and distributing post.
• Mailbox monitoring.
• Distribution of uniform.
• Supporting the team with research for travel and accommodation options.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and strong MS office skills as you will be using Microsoft products.

This role is fully office based and pays up to £14.23ph

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
