Cyber Underwriting Team Leader - Barcelona

Eames is working with a global Specialty Insurer on the appointment of an Underwriting Team Leader to join their reputable Cyber team for a 6-month contract out of their regional Barcelona offices on a hybrid working basis.

The successful individual will have full oversight of an established and driven team of Underwriters ensuring they maintain efficient processes whilst providing quality customer service to internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Written/verbal fluency in English and Spanish
• Demonstrable background in the Insurance industry, specifically underwriting
• Effective stakeholder/relationship management skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Customer service experience would be desirable
