Job Description - D365 HR Lead Consultant

Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Lead HR Consultant
Location: London
Working Model: Ad-hoc travel to site
Industry: Retail
Rate: £500 - £550 a day outside IR35

I am working with an end-user in the retail sector who are undergoing a huge digital transformation, they are looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 HR Consultant who specialises in ERP.

You will play a key role in the implementation of the HR modules of Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics HR, including people management, talent management modules & HRM.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements in D365 configurations.
Configure, test, and deploy HR modules.
Collaborate with the C-Suite to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills & requirements

Proven experience implementing and supporting D365 implementations (minimum of 5 years exp.)
Hands on configuration experience in Dynamics 365 HR modules including; people management, task managment & business processes management
Strong communication skills and experience working with key decision makers
Worked on implementations with end-users
Strong ERP experience
