D365 Support Analyst

Needed on a contract basis, for a client based in Ireland.

Are you experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ready to take on the next challenge? We’re looking for a Level 2 D365 F&O Support Consultant to join the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Level 2 application support for Dynamics 365 F&O across finance and operations modules

• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues

• Work closely with end users, functional teams, and technical teams

• Document resolutions and contribute to a knowledge base

• Support system testing and assist with updates and deployments

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience with D365 F&O (or AX 2012)

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Experience with Azure DevOps or other ticketing tools is a plus

There will be some travelling associated with this position, so will need to be flexible to that.
