• Locations: GU Postcode areas 
• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE required as Van and Fuel card provided
• £18.98 per hour CIS
• 40 hours per week - long term ongoing roles
• Social Housing Maintenance & Repairs

We are currently looking to recruit for damp and mould maintenance operatives with experience working on social housing properties.

Job Description

• You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing properties 
• You will also be required to complete associated repairs and basic maintenance

The Successful Applicant will have:

• Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role
• Experience undertaking mould washing 
• You must have a valid driving license
• Good levels of customer service as work will be completed in occupied properties
• A basic DBS check will be conducted - clean criminal record required.
