Job Description - Damp and Mould Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a well-established team in a local authority. This role is will require you to travel around Lincolnshire housing stock. The roles competitive salary allows home to site visits.

Position: Damp and Mould Surveyor
Salary: £32-38 per hour
Contract type: 3-month contract, potential to go permanent

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll be:

Inspecting low levels of damp and mould
Finding the immediate cause and identifying the remedial work
You will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and residents during inspection

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll need:

Qualification RICs (preferable)
Qualification CIOB (preferable)
Experience in social housing
