Job Description - Damp and Mould Surveyor

Niyaa people are working with a well-respected housing association based in Portishead! They are looking for 3x Damp Mould and Condensation Surveyors to join their growing team on a 3 month temporary basis!

Role: Damp and Mould Surveyor
Location: Portishead
Contract 3+ months
Rate: Up to £35 an hour

Responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
  • It is essential that you have a proven track record for delivering/managing multiple technical building projects.
  • Good working knowledge of Health and safety regulations and good practices inclusive of Construction design management
  • Carry out damp and mould surveys on social housing properties
  • Using schedule of rates in your works

  • Experience of planned works or void delivery within social housing
