What You Will Do:

- Build bespoke and prototype damper specifications using a range of damper technologies.

- Operate and manage rating measurement equipment, ensuring accurate data processing.

- Identify and recommend improvements and preventive actions to enhance processes.

- Inspect, test, maintain, and install equipment and systems as required.

- Solve complex engineering problems independently and contribute to innovative solutions.

- Collaborate with a team of Build Engineers on a double day-shift pattern to meet project goals.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience as a Damper Build Engineer, with expertise in bespoke and prototype builds.

- Strong IT skills and experience with rating measurement equipment.

- Background in the automotive industry, ideally with OEM, supplier, motorsport, or specialist businesses.

- Physical, hands-on experience in damper engineering is essential.

- Engineering degree or relevant formal training/education is desirable but not mandatory.
