Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle data administration tasks and maintain accurate records
• Utilise your knowledge of Excel to organise data effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and seamless teamwork
• Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrator
• Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
