Data Administrator

We're seeking a competent Data Administrator to join our Leeds based Client. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, skilled in data reporting, Excel and ideally have used Hubspot, Zapier,Brella, Ticket Tailor or Something Similar.

Description

• Managing and organising data in an efficient manner
• Assisting in the creation of comprehensive reports
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data
• Regularly updating and maintaining databases
• Working closely with teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
• Complying with data privacy and protection guidelines
• Supporting the Secretarial & Business Support Department with administrative tasks
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Ideal to have experience within Events

Profile

A successful Data Administrator should have:

• A solid understanding of data administration principles
• Proficiency in data management software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A qualification in a relevant field
