Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon – Fri (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator -This role is vital in ensuring the accurate processing of data and providing support across key HR systems, primarily SAP HCM and the Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks and offer second-line support to colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

Perform data administration tasks within SAP HCM, including:
Maintaining the organisational structure and learning-related data
Provide basic second-line support for LMS-related queries and tickets
Ensure all data entry and processing activities meet quality and accuracy standards
Collaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable HR system performance.

• Experience with SAP HCM, particularly with HR organisational objects and their attributes
• A data-oriented mindset with a proven track record in data administration
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working with data in a large-scale organisation
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listening—used to engage with colleagues at all levels
