Job Description - Data Administrator

Join Our Team as a Data Administrator at United Utilities!

Reed Talent Solutions is partnering with United Utilities to find 2 Data Administrators for our expanding Market Services team at the beautiful Lingley Mere Business Park.

Location:Lingley Mere Business Park, Lingley Green Ave, Great Sankey, WA53LP
Contract Type: Temporary 9 month contract through Reed
Salary:£15.58 Per hour PAYE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated people to join our Wholesale Market Services team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering our data improvement plan, with a strong focus on the centralised address cleanse initiative. Your work will ensure that non-household asset data is accurate across internal and external systems, supporting precise billing and revenue collection.

What you'll do:

  • Investigate and correct anomalies in non-household market data using a range of systems and processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy to support market performance measures and settlement billing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data gaps and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of excellent service to market participants and North West businesses.
  • Develop your knowledge of the Non-Household Market and our internal policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
