The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Customer Data Analyst to deliver high-quality analytics, uncover customer trends, and play a key role in shaping our company’s success. Your day-to-day will include: ? Coding & data analysis – working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights ? Translating complex data – making analytics accessible for stakeholders ? Helping drive strategic decisions – using data to power innovation
What You’ll Need
? Education – Degree or postgraduate qualification in a numerate or programming-oriented subject (or equivalent industry experience) ? Tech Skills – Strong SQL proficiency (Python/R a bonus) and ability to manipulate and prepare large datasets ? Communication Skills – Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences ? Analytical Expertise – Some experience or interest in hypothesis testing and statistical methods ? Passion & Collaboration – A positive, proactive team player who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to create impactful insights
