Looking to use your administrative and data skills in a rewarding school-based role? Secondary schools in Waltham Forest are on the lookout for Data & Exams Assistants to help manage critical exam logistics and student records throughout the academic year.

This is a brilliant opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in structured, deadline-driven environments. You'll play a central role in ensuring that both internal and external assessments run smoothly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting the administration of GCSEs, mocks, and internal assessments
• Assisting with exam timetables, student entries, and room allocations
• Updating MIS systems and handling secure information
• Preparing materials and assisting with invigilator coordination
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate student records

We're Looking For:

• Previous admin or exams experience (school-based ideal but not essential)
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and database systems
• A methodical and reliable approach to tasks
• Ability to manage pressure during peak exam seasons
