Data Governance/Strategy Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Data Governance/Strategy Manager for a contract position in London. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of customer data and processes across front, middle, and back-office operations.

• Define and execute Data Strategy to establish a comprehensive Governance Framework.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to define effective data processes.
• Report progress and strategic insights to senior stakeholders within the organization.
• Work onsite at our London office 4 days per week.

• Data Governance Expertise: Deep understanding of strategies to manage and protect data integrity.
• Data Strategy Development: Proven capability in crafting high-level data strategies that align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with experience reporting to and advising senior management.
• Financial Services Experience: Must have prior experience in the financial sector, understanding regulatory requirements and operational workflows.
