Data Literacy and PowerBI Specialist

As part of the Digital Directorate, the Data & Analytics Team is seeking an experienced professional to provide short-term support focused on data literacy, user engagement, and cultural change.

In your new role as a Data Literacy & Power BI Specialist, you will:
- Lead release management and champion the promotion of new or updated Power BI dashboards and reports. - Conduct user training sessions and demonstrations to enhance understanding and adoption. - Drive communications and engagement to ensure effective uptake across all stakeholder groups. - Design and implement a plan to foster a culture of self-service data use throughout the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience with Power BI, including developing and promoting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data literacy and the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Background in delivering training and change management in data-centric environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
