The in-house legal team is embarking on an exciting transformation project to implement a new contract and mattersmanagement system (CMS Project), and we're looking for a talented DataMigration Paralegal to help lead the way.
Your new role
You'll work closely with Legal, IT, and Procurement teams, ensuringthat contract data is accurately captured and transferred. This isa 3-month fixed-term contract, full-time (37.5 hours/week).
Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing existing contracts to determine migrationneeds.
• Updating contract summaries and metadata for systemintegration.
• Escalating queries to senior legal or procurementcontacts.
• Attending project meetings and collaborating cross-functionality.

What you'll need to succeed

• A law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) andLPC/SQE.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial contracts paralegal role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellentcommunication skills.
• Confidence working independently and managing yourown workload.
• In-house legal experience is a strong plus.
