Charity People are thrilled to be supporting a global human rights organisation to find them an interim Data Migration Specialist to play a critical role in delivering one of their most significant data and technology projects in their history.
This charity is part of a global movement campaigning for a world where everyone can enjoy their human rights, live free from fear and be treated with dignity and equality. Independent of governments, political parties and commercial interests, they work alongside communities worldwide to challenge injustice, expose human rights abuses and campaign for meaningful change. Powered by the support of hundreds of thousands of members and supporters, this charity stands up for justice, freedom, and equality wherever they are under threat.
A major digital transformation programme is underway to reshape how the organisation campaigns, engages supporters, raises funds, and delivers its mission globally. As part of the Data, Digital and Technology Transformation team, the role takes ownership of key data migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation. Acting as a technical lead for migration workstreams, the successful candidate collaborates with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure data quality remains central to decision-making throughout the programme.
This role has a strong benefit of flexible working hours fortnightly. You will be expected to travel to the offices for the first few days for induction and then a minimum of once a month thereafter.

Desirable experience includes Salesforce for Nonprofits, FinDock, Agile delivery environments and recognised data migration certifications.
