Data Scientist

Location: Ludwigsburg, Germany (On-site, 4-5 days/week)
Contract Length: 3 Years
Type: Full-time Contract
Day Rate: €400-€500 per day (depending on experience)

We are supporting a global consultancy in hiring a Data Scientist for a long-term data transformation engagement in Ludwigsburg, Germany. This role requires strong experience with SAP data tools and statistical modelling to support the design, deployment, and analysis of large-scale business data initiatives.

You'll work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment where data drives operational and strategic decisions.

• Design and implement analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere and related platforms

• Develop and apply statistical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems

• Build robust data pipelines and tools using Python, PySpark, and SQL

• Create dashboards and visual reports in Tableau

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment

• Ensure high-quality data governance, validation, and performance tracking

• Proven experience in a Data Scientist or advanced Data Analyst role

• Strong hands-on skills with SAP (Datasphere highly preferred)

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL

• Solid background in statistical analysis and data modelling

• Experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools

• Familiarity with SAFe/Agile working environments

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work 4-5 days/week on-site in Ludwigsburg
