Dayforce Implementation Data Specialist (Outside IR35)

Contract Type: Outside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Implementation Data Specialist to join a major HCM transformation programme within a leading financial services organisation.

Key tasks:

Lead full-cycle data migration: extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading (ETL) into Dayforce.
Collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams to align on data structures and requirements.
Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Document all data rules, mappings, and transformation logic.
Support module configuration with a focus on data dependencies (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits).
Assist with UAT, troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
Provide post-go-live support on data corrections and reporting.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and financial industry data regulations.

You’ll Need:

Proven track record in Dayforce HCM implementations (ideally multiple). We are unable to consider applications without Dayforce experience.
Strong hands-on experience with data consolidation from various HRIS, payroll, and time systems.
Solid grasp of HR, payroll, and benefits data structures.
Advanced Excel and SQL skills; ETL tools knowledge a bonus.
Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in financial services or other regulated sectors.
Dayforce or HRIP certification, or PMP.
Familiarity with GDPR, SOX, and other data compliance frameworks
