DBS Site Manager - Immediate Start - London - School Refurbishment Experience

Are you an experienced Site Manager with school refurb experience and good client facing skills? We're seeking a dedicated and reliable professional to join our team on an ongoing contract, this is an immediate start opportunity!

The Role:

You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of various school refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your key duties will include:

• Overseeing all daily site operations, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to project plans.

• Managing and coordinating all trades, subcontractors, and site personnel.

• Implementing and enforcing strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety.

• Liaising effectively with clients, architects, surveyors, and other stakeholders.

• Managing project budgets, resources, and material procurement.

• Maintaining accurate site records, including diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.

• Resolving any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations and industry standards.

Essential Requirements:

To hit the ground running, you must possess the following valid certifications:

• CSCS Card

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

• First Aid Certificate

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
