Temp Receptionist - Kingston

Location: Kingston
Duration: 2-3 weeks (with potential extension to a few months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
Perks: Lunch provided
DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS for working with vulnerable adults (must be current)

Key Responsibilities:

• Front desk reception and general administrative support
• Handling phone calls and managing emails
• Ordering office and care supplies
• Welcoming and assisting visitors
• Providing support to staff and residents as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care setting or working with individuals with disabilities
• A warm, empathetic, and patient approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Must hold a valid Enhanced Adult DBS
