Debt and Revenue Service Manager

As our Revenue and Debt Service Manager, you'll lead the administration, collection, and enforcement of key income streams-including Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR). You'll directly manage our in-house Council Tax service and oversee our outsourced NNDR function (delivered by Capita), ensuring revenues are maximised and services are efficient, fair, and customer-centred.

In this role, you will:

• Provide operational leadership across billing, collection, recovery, and enforcement services.

• Drive innovation and service improvement in line with strategic goals.

• Manage key partnerships, including the outsourced NNDR service provider.

• Lead frontline customer service delivery-online, by phone, and face-to-face.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality assurance, and governance.

• Support the Head of Revenue and Debt in developing long-term strategies and budget planning.
