Debt recovery officer needed in Wembley ref 5269941

Knowledge (please specify all essential criteria):
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong numerical, analytical, problem solving and decision-making
skills.
3. Knowledge of what is important when delivering good customer
service in a very diverse environment.
4. Knowledge of the debt recovery and enforcement process relating to
at least one of the following: county and/or magistrates’ court.

Full time hours on a temporary basis

The expectation is that Housing Officers will be on site undertaking visits and inspections however when they are not on site, they will be expected to work from the office.
