Decorator - Damp and Mould Team

Your new company
You will be working for a housing association who manage over 50,000 homes across the south. This is a 6 month contract working across Slough, Ascot, Windsor, Stainesand surrounding areas.

Your new role

In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out:-
Mould treatments,
Conducting ventilation surveys
Completing make-good decoration work in their home's.

The customers are at the heart of everything they do, excellent customer service skills are essential.
Your daily tasks will include completing scheduled work to a high standard within the allocated time, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and pre-ordering materials when needed-keeping the customer informed of progress at every step.

You'll be a key part of the team, working efficiently and effectively to maintain and improve the properties, always following best practices in building maintenance.

They will provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE?.

You'll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll be required to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced decorator who has worked on Damp and Mould properties. You will have experience with mould treatments, ventilation surveys and general decorating.

We're looking for someone who communicates clearly and regularly with customers, always aiming to go above and beyond to impress them with the quality of our service.

£20-21 p/h umbrella + Van
