Delegated Authority Oversight Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced delegated authority professional to step into a newly created role focused on the onboarding and oversight of coverholders and delegated partners for the next 4-6 months. You will be central to ensuring new arrangements are set up smoothly, processes are compliant and relationships are built on strong governance from day one.

This role offers exposure across underwriting, operations and compliance, giving you the chance to influence processes, strengthen controls and build a reputation in a growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the full onboarding process for new Coverholders, DCAs and delegated arrangements.
• Coordinating due diligence, ensuring regulatory and internal requirements are fully met.
• Reviewing binding authority contracts and ensuring set up across systems is completed accurately.
• Acting as a key contact for brokers and coverholders during the onboarding phase, providing clear guidance and updates.
• Supporting oversight frameworks by maintaining accurate records across Lloyd’s and internal systems.
• Producing MI and reports on onboarding progress and highlighting any issues to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborating with compliance, underwriting and operations teams to resolve queries and strengthen governance.

Experience required:

• Strong background in delegated authority within the Lloyd’s or London Market.
• Proven experience managing coverholder onboarding or due diligence processes.
• Knowledge of Lloyd’s systems (Atlas, DCOM, DAM, DDM) highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
