Delivery lead

A leading organisation in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Consumer Electronics industry are seeking 3 dynamic and experienced Delivery Leads to join their team. This is a high-impact managerial role focused on delivering end-to-end supply chain excellence.

In these new contract roles they are initially for 18-months with a daily rate up to £360 per day via an Umbrella company, we are able to offer hybrid working in this role with 3 to 4 days a week in the office for the first 3 months and after this period it will be 1 or 2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale teams (50–100 people) across diverse functions.
• Own and drive optimal end-to-end supply planning for assigned categories.
• Manage planning decisions, scenario approvals, and inventory policies.
• Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of Planning Master Data across systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess and resolve complex challenges.
• May oversee Distribution & Inventory or Master Planning activities.

Experience

• Experienced in Planning, Logistics, NPI, FMCG or Consumer Electronics
• Proven leadership in managing large, diverse teams

Technical:

• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools: SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis
• Familiarity with IWS, CI tools, Agile methodologies

Functional & Analytical:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced analytical and digital capabilities
• Holistic supply chain knowledge with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Expertise in FMEZ, Fishbone, SIPOC, Kaizen, Lean Methodology
• Understanding of E2E Synchronised Supply Chain
