Requirements • Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential) • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification • Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high-profile sites • Strong knowledge of Demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination • Ability to lead Demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards. • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, Demolition engineers, and Demolition site operatives A standard 40 hour week, with a possibility of some weekends, due to commence mid June 2026.
